Sir, as soon as you see the POST QUICK REPLY BUTTON, there is button next to it, which says that GO ADVANCE , (you can see these below also)From them you have to goto Go Advanced, then you have a MANAGE ATTACHMENT OPTION THERE...Click on that and your file will be uploaded. !!
